John Henge Beta

Elevation: 6,100' - 6,600'
Season: ❄️
Routes: ?
Problems: ?

John Henge was developed by Wes Moore, Luke MacLean, Addison Hertzberger, myself, Nial Morgan, Michael Rohsler, Kody Shutt, Greg Albano, Macro Zezza, Chris Ramirez, Hugo Perez, Michael LePiere, and Laura Martinez, with special thanks to . . . many other people. Developement started in 2017 (Wes and Luke) and restarted in 2020 (Addison and Mikey). The first documented climb may have been Lance Carrera in 2016, but I have found old pitons, old bolts, and newer bolts, so people have been climbing here for decades, at least. We call it John Henge because it used to say that when you looked at the area on Google Maps but it has since been deleted. The area has over 100 documented problems. John Henge is a great winter destination IF there is no or only a few inches of snow. It gets a ton of sun so climbing here in the Summer is a fools errand.
