Mt. Baldy Beta

Baldy is amazing. There is so much to explore.

Nobody is booking a flight to climb or ski Mt. Baldy. It's a locals spot.

The bowl is a really special place that demands resepct. Do not fuck around Baldy or Ice House or the T's or any of that shit in the winter on a lark. Bring the right footwear, micros, crampons, ice axes, helmet. The best ski conditions also are the ideal conditions for avalanches. Ski in teams of people and take Avy courses. Bring shovels, probes, and beacons, and know how to use them. Test your beacon before you go out.

There are hard (V7-V11) problems in the Barret-Stoddard area.
