Description

From the 6,000 foot gate parking area, look for a locked gate blocking an old dirt road. Pass the gate and walk the road. Do not turn left down the first trail, stay on the main "road." After the first huge switchback is "The First Tall Boulder." Keep going to another long switchback to find "The Switchback Boulders;" a cluster of some impressive sized boulders. First Tall is 0.45 miles from the road and The Switchback Boulders are about 0.60 miles from the road.
