Description

From the 1999 James March Rock & Ice guide, "Untitled (V5) Right hand on a small knob, crank up. Var. (V6): Avoid all large, patinaed holds out right. Exit left." From the 5 Star guide, "Unnamed V5 From small slopers and knobs move up the overhanging face to plates. Variation V6: climb without using any of the large plates." Problem 45 in the Los Angeles County Bouldering guidebook, "Sharma Problem - V6 ★ Starting on small knpbs climb up and left avoiding large holds out right." The LA County book was the first guidebook to call the V6 variation the "Sharma Problem." I gotta get more details about that. I heard Chris Sharma may have also first ascented Without Due Respect on the Sword of Damocles boulder but I don't remember where I read that.
